Cancellation Policy

We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for all orders. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

To cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected] and provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation. We will then confirm the cancellation and provide you with a refund if applicable.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the product once you receive it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

REFUND PROCESS

If your order has not been shipped, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your order has been shipped, a refund will be issued once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria for return as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our order processing time is 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that it can be canceled before it is processed.
